Pre-Con Management Pte Ltd specializes in pre/post conditional dilapidation surveys. From humble beginnings in 1994, Pre-Con Management started off with a two-man team which has grown over the years into a compact yet dedicated team of surveyors, all who are highly qualified and experienced in pre/post-condition and dilapidation survey works.

With many years in the field, our surveyors are capable of capturing and establishing the conditions of existing structures and buildings in close proximity of building works. This is especially important given the rise in the number of claims for damages on existing property arising from project work on site. We are aligned with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and its guidelines where our proposed areas for pre-conditional surveys are often wider than the scope recommended to protect your interests in an event of a dispute.
